Q: Do i need a valid medical recommendation to attend?
a: Kushstock Festival is 21+ ONLY with Valid Photo ID
No Medical Recommendation required, KUSHSTOCK IS a Prop 64 compliant Festival.
Q: what is considered a valid photo id?
A: A valid photo ID means a current (NOT EXPIRED): Government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, DMV issued ID card, passport or military ID) OR a copy of your birth certificate + a photo ID (e.g. student ID).
Q: i am from out of state, can i still attend?
A: Yes! Just show a Valid Photo ID 21+
Q: i lost my drivers license, what do i do?
A: Any photo ID that shows your name, birthdate & has your photo will be accepted. Bring any & all proof of age that you have to accompany the substitute form of identification. *EXPIRED ID's ARE NOT VALID*
Q: can i smoke cannabis on site?
a: Yes, within designated consumption areas.
Q: will there be tastings?
A: Free samples are not allowed under California’s new regulations. However, very low cost tastings will be available for purchase at the event. Tastings will be available at participating vendor booths. Additionally, sharing lounges will be around the event for you to share your purchases with friends.
Q: is kushstock festival ada accessible?
A: Yes, Kushstock Festival is fully ADA accessible.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Unfortunately we have had issues with people not picking up after their furry friends at past Festivals and we can no longer allow your precious pups :( Service dogs will be allowed.
Q: are there atm’s at the festival?
A: Yes, THERE ARE ATM’S AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE VENUE.
Q: are there lockers at the festival?
A: No, UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO LOCKERS AVAILABLE AT THE STADIUM.
Q: is re-entry INTO THE FESTIVAL ALLOWED?
A: Yes! Kushstock is a FREE General Admission Festival. You will be searched upon each entry, so we recommend keeping your wristband to expedite the security line.

A: We will announce performers & set times on social media & our website leading up to the Festival.

Q: DO I NEED TO BE VACINATED TO ATTEND KUSHSTOCK?
A: KUSHSTOCK IS FOLLOWING ALL CDC GUIDELINES FOR OUT DOOR EVENTS AND WILL NOT BE REQUIRING PEOPLE TO SHOW PROOF OF VACINATION TO ATTEND KUSHSTOCK.

A: Kushstock Festival is a FREE General Admission Festival & Concert with a VIP Ticket option. You can register for FREE TICKETS or purchase VIP TICKETS here.
Q: what is included in the vip ticket?
VIP LOUNGE ACCESS, JUDGE COMPETITION, GIFT-BAG, FRONT OF LINE PASS.

Q: can I bring my own meds with me? how much?
A: Yes, you may bring you own meds & smoking apparatuses for personal use.
For adult use: One oz of flower or eight grams of concentrates.
For medical patients: Your limit is stated on your doctor’s recommendation. If no limit is stated, then eight ounces per day.
Q: what are the purchasing limits?
A: For Adult use (recreational): daily purchase allowances are one ounce of flower or eight grams of concentrate.
For California Medical Patients: your limit is stated on your doctor’s recommendation. If no limit is stated, then eight ounces per day.
No limits on seed purchases.
Q: will there be a bag search?
A: Yes, safety is always a priority!
Attendees will be required to walk through metal detectors upon every entry.
Q: is there anything i cannot bring with me?
A: Security will be checking for drugs, alcohol & weapons.
You may NOT bring any food or open beverage containers through the GA Security.

Q: what is required to reserve a booth?
A: We require: a completed registration form & payment in full.
For CA Kushstock Festivals:
- a Valid BCC License is required to sell Cannabis products on-site
(Retail, Distribution, Micro Business booths respectively)
- Non-cannabis booths require a Adelanto City Business License
- Food Vendors require a Business License, a Health Permit & a signed Food Vendor Agreement
Q: what is included in each booth?
10’ X 10’ BOOTH SPACE, 1 TABLE, 2 CHAIRS
Q: will i get to choose my booth location?
A: We work in order of payment received to assign booth locations.
Once your payment has been accepted, you will be contacted to provide your Top 3 Options for booth location based on the most up to date availability.
Q: how do i get a shout out on instagram and/or my logo featured on your website?
A: Booths that have paid & confirmed will have a Social Media Flyer created & posted. Logos featured on our website are Event Sponsors.
Q: do you accept food vendors?
A: Absolutely! You can register for a Food Truck or booth under a standard 10x10 space. Food Trucks, please note the dimensions of your truck.
*Food Vendor is responsible for obtaining any & all health permits/licenses*
Q: are there refunds or exchanges?
A: We have a firm NO REFUND policy, but you may upgrade to a different package if desired.
